Will my order qualify for same day dispatch?
Orders will need to be placed before 11 am to qualify for same-day dispatch.
If your order is placed after this time, we will do our best to get your order processed as quickly as possible.
However, we are unable to guarantee same day dispatch and your order will be collected on the next available working day.
Please note that we can experience delays during product launches and when promotions are running so the 11 am guarantee may not apply at these times.
Will the size of my order affect the expected dispatch date?
If your order is over 100 pieces, please allow up to 2 working days for dispatch due to the high levels of stock and packing required.
I am an OEM or Reseller when can I expect my order to be dispatched?
OEM and Reseller orders will be determined based on the size of the order, if you have any questions or would like further details regarding this, please contact the Customer Support Team by clicking here.

Does E3D dispatch orders over the weekend and over UK holidays?
E3D does not process orders over the weekend and UK holidays, orders are only processed between Monday and Friday. If we are closed due to a UK holiday a note will be added to the E3D Webpage located in the blue banner to advise of the expected delay.
