Items Are Missing from My Order
When unpacking your order, we highly recommend that you check the contents of the package against the packing list included.
Please do this prior to starting any assembly.

What details should I provide to the Support Team?
- Order Number
- Images of all the items that you have received
- Images of the package the items were delivered in
- A detailed message of your reason for contacting the Support Team
Missing Components from a Kit
If you have ordered a kit product such as a V6 HotEnd Kit, it is advised that you check all items received against the relevant assembly guide found on our Help Centre prior to the assembly of the product.
Do NOT continue with the assembly process if any components are missing.
