What happens if I refuse to pay the import fee?
If you refuse to pay the import fee for your order, it will be returned to the sender, and you will be liable for the return shipping cost as well as any charges that E3D incurs with this package.
If you wish for your package to be resent, you will also need to pay the reshipment cost.
How much will I be charged for the import?
If you wish to check the estimated import charge you may receive, click here.
If your Country is not on the list at the above link, you will need to contact your local authority for further details. They will be able to provide you with the relevant information for importing to your location.
Please Note: Although this calculator will provide you with an estimated charge amount, it is in no way a contractual guarantee of what you will be charged. E3D has no control over these fees, and therefore, they could both increase and decrease at any point.
Do I have any alternative purchasing options to avoid import fees?
E3D has a wide range of genuine and approved resellers based all over the world; you will, therefore, most likely have a domestic or local alternative purchasing option. A benefit of purchasing from a reseller is that there will be no hidden fees such as import duties and tax.
